About Saigon Kitchen 

With the strong passion in cooking, Husband Minh Trinh and Wife Huyen Vo decided to open a restaurant in Launceston to provide locals and tourists with an alternative Fresh, Healthy and Authentic Vietnamese Street Food, such as Banh Mi Rolls, Beef Noodle Soup, Pho, and Rice Paper Rolls. 

The business established in April 2017 and has been going strong with a good frequent customer

base and getting more popular for tourists in the Launceston region.

In 2019, Our Traditional Beef PHO won the best soup in the Soup Battle Challenge in Launceston organised by Launceston CityProm. We also won the Customer Service Approval from the Tasmania Hospitality Association for good customer service.
